Mr. Victoria is an experienced lawyer in both, the United States and Colombia South America, he is a lawyer in good standing with a specialization in Administrative Law and a proud U.S. Citizen. Also, Mr. Victoria is Juris Doctor of St. Thomas University School of Law (Miami, FL, USA) and Juris Doctor from Universidad de San Buenaventura (Cali, Colombia).
Mr. Victoria provides representation on immigration matters during: Master Hearings; Individual Hearings; Bond Hearings; Asylum process; Removal Proceedings; Waivers; Variety of Family-Based Petitions, Adjustment of Status, Petition for Alien Relative, and Employment Visas. such as EB-5, EB-1 Extraordinary Ability, O1, H-1B professionals, L-1A multinational executives and managers, and PERM. Mr. Victoria has worked for the most important Non-Profit organization in South Florida, e.i., Legal Catholic Charities, St. Thomas Rights Institute and CASA), during that time he has been helping low income members of the community to find the adequate relief relating to different type of cases, including but not limited to, Bond Hearings, Cuban Adjustment, Family Petitions, U Visas, VAWA, Asylum cases, as well as Educating Detainees about Immigration Law in the Broward Transitional Center as Staff Attorney of the Legal Orientation Program-LOP. On the other hand, Mr. Victoria, has a vast experience as business entrepreneur, as example of his success he is a recognized Colombian lawyer with experience in as an attorney of important companies in Colombia, South America; and he has been the founder and owner of two of the most important Karate Schools in Colombia and in Miami Dade area. As a result of his extraordinary achievements as Karate practitioner since he was World Karate Champion in 2001, Mr. Victoria obtained the Legal Permanent Residence throughout the EB-1 visa. Now, he is teaching Japanese Karate in his martial arts school to children of the South West in Miami, his main lessons are based on self-discipline, perseverance and respect to the rules.
Mr. Victoria has experience in legal research, is certified in both Westlaw, LexisNexis, and has large experience as Corporate E-discovery analyst in both Ringtail, and Relativity.
As mentioned above, Mr. Victoria is a high level Sensei of Karate-Do, he states that martial arts have provided him excellent self-discipline, and self-confidence to have accomplished his most important goals throughout his life. He also is a proud husband, and father of an adorable daughter who provides him the best motivation and encouraging him to continue improving his different aspects of his life. Mr. Victoria is fluent in English, Spanish, and have proficiency in French, and Portuguese. Also, he has proficiency in MS Office, Visio, Excel, Word, Power Point, Spreadsheets, Explorer, Chrome, Joomla, Corel Draw, WordPress, and Website Design.

Leadership & Community Involvement
Mr. Victoria is active member of the Colombian American Foundation, Miami. Also, he is frequently involved in activities related to help low income members of the community through the Catholic church, and Christian Churches of Miami-Dade. Also, Mr. Victoria is a recognized leader of his community as a Karate Sensei, he has his own Karate school in which he is teaching several days of the week Karate as a discipline for life to children between 4 to 15 years old. Children learn discipline to succeed in life and to be aware of different threats such as bullying, drugs, or violence.
